Holder of a doctorate degree in biology Dr. Sandra Wittke worked for 10 years in R&D for an international company. Her task focus was on project management and heading studies. Her activities both in management and operational allow her to gain a deep understanding of the requirements in the operational world of work.
During this involvement, she completed her training as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and supported her colleagues in corporate oriented yoga classes for healthy treatment of daily work life. Grateful for this experience she left the company and as a self-employed she provides sessions as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner.
Kundalini Yoga provides especially for people of the corporate world, through the enormous variety of exercises and meditations, ways to build greater self-awareness of living easier changes, to reduce the individual’s perception of stress and to be healthier and happier. One of Dr. Sandra Wittkes focus is to make the effective results of Kundalini yoga available to everyone. In this way, she also provides sessions to seniors and people with health impairments Yoga on the chair and trauma-sensitive Kundalini Yoga.
She is currently going through further trainings to become a TRE Practitioner (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises by D. Berceli).
The corporate Jin Shin Jyutsu, often also called Japanese healing streams supplemented with its two aspects of self-help and treatment is widening the range of her offers. Through healing streams a deep relaxation is possible and the demands of everyday life can be overcome with joy.
