What happens in this training?
The participants receive in this training, tools to develop their leadership potential. Fundamentally at this point is their willingness to live an authentic and exemplary behavior to their employees.
Based on the vision of the company, its mission and its objectives managers work on this consciously by developing a culture of ‘We’ permanently. Self-assessment questionnaires are a practical way on the one hand to provide the relevant pattern about your role as a leader and on the other hand the bandwidth of your leadership skills and your leadership effectiveness.
With mental exercises you get in contact with your intuition and will strengthen your emotional intelligence (EQ). Furthermore you will receive instructions for actions in context with the situational leadership style of Hersey/Blanchard and will refine your skills to maintain motivation of your staff continuously. In role plays you will exercise effective leadership behavior in different situations with your employees (motivation, self-help , criticism).
