Kundalini Yoga intensively

The Yoga of the nervous and endocrine system

Hectic rush, stress, deadlines and pressure often characterize our daily work. Often the external environment put a lot of high demands on us and our personal needs have to stand in line behind. The body with its own capabilities and limitations is not consciously taken in consideration in everyday life, which results usually a destruction of the breath and muscles tension.

Do you identify yourself in this description?

How well can it be to be able after a busy day to put yourself again in the center and feel again the own breathing and heartbeat and finally being reenergized. With movements to loosen stiff muscles and allow again a more stable and deep flow of your breath.

Reach your inner peace with Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a very effective form of yoga and therefore quickly leads to noticeable increase of well-being. The easy-to-learn, often dynamic exercises make this form of yoga experience ideal for people of all ages and fitness levels. With postures, movements, concentration, breathe control, relaxation and meditation Kundalini Yoga works on all our physical and mental aspects.

Kundalini Yoga differentiates from Hatha yoga due to a greater exercise dynamics, the thematic orientation of each lesson and a conscious breath control on any single exercise. Extreme postures or spreads, such as headstand are not practiced in Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is more than only body bending exercises. As a holistic method, it has a harmonizing and energizing effect on the body, mind and soul. The effects are varied and are stronger, the more regularly practiced.

In the most intensive form, we practice in sitting and standing on the mat. Comfortable, casual clothing, a mat, plenty of still water and possibly a seat cushion should the participants bring to class.
