Meditation

Vipassana meditation

Equanimity and compassion

Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. The focus is on the close correlation between body and mind, which after training directed on the physical sensations mindfulness, can be experienced directly. These sensations determine the life of the body; influence each other in a constant interplay and finally condition the mind. Based on the own observations, a self-discovery journey to the common origin of mind and body dissolves the mental involvement and results in a balanced mind full of love and compassion.

Vipassana meditation

Let it ‘be’

Contemplation is a path that leads to the contemplation of itself – where we find what and how we are. There is no action and inaction, no striving and effort, even though everything is together. Doing is doing nothing and practicing to let things be. Sometimes it is strenuous, when the attention is distracted again and again. When thoughts and musings seem to do everything they can to distract us from mere silent observation. We find ourselves again, when we try to give the answers to any outstanding issues of everyday life, whenever a conflict comes up in our mind. Then we remember old long forgotten wounds and tears of sadness or joy are shed. In the practice of contemplation, we can look at all these memories and feelings and let them go by without being distract further.

Breathing meditation

Mind Blank and relaxation

In this simple meditation it’s just about observing the natural flow of the breath, without having any influence.

Walking Meditation

Stay attentive in motion

Walking meditation can be practiced at any time and any place. Attentive walking clears the mind and soothes troubled emotions. Therefore, it is an optimal mindfulness practice for every day.

Depending on the agreement, proposals can be made to practice one or a mix of meditation techniques. Important in the final phase is the exchange of feelings and experiences during and at the end of the meditation sessions.
